NTFS Permission: Lockdown

Hi Team,

Have a good day! I need your help to lock-down NTFS permission for a folder into file server on domain. The scenario is every user had their own folder and need only a user itself can access their own folder. So how to setup from the start and assign permission?  I really appreciate your big help guys!

DATA - Main Folder

         SALES - Subfolder of DATA

                    Alvin, David , Benis a folder inside a SALES.

Requirements:  Alvin,David,Ben -Only can access their own folder and denied for other.
