My current situation is that I work for my College and administer a separate Windows Server 2008 R2 domain for the Networking Lab (where classes are held). The issue is that, we must have the students be part of a Local Administrator group on the client computers. With that being the case, students can access other student's Documents folders and we can't enable Folder Redirection because we use VMWare and it defaults to putting VMs in the Documents folder; thus our NAS can't handle the storage load.
Is there a way to restrict access to the Documents folders to just the Owner via Group Policy?
