Good Evening,
I need to upgrade one of our file servers as it is running Server 2003. However I understand that as the current server is on 32 bit I can't just upgrade it to Server 2012 or Server 2012 R2.
I have a lot of members of staff syncing their Windows 7 laptops to the server, and we want the syncing to still work.
If I give the new server the same name as the old one will the syncing still work?
- If it doesn't I guess I will just have to upgrade to Server 2008 32 bit.
