Group Policy Folder Redirection

I am moving my user's documents from one server to another.  Group Policy is creating the folder with the username and moving the data.  The old server is 2003 and the new one is 2012 R2.

The folders on the old server have the username in permissions, along with a few administrator accounts, Creator Owner and System.  The folders on the new server do not have the username in permissions...just Creator Owner, Authenticated Users, System and a few administrator accounts.

Why is the username not present in permissions on the folders in the new server?  The parent folder has a few administrator accounts with full control on the folder and subfolders and files, System with full control on the folder and subfolders and files, Creator Owner with full control on subfolders and files, and Authenticated Users with the permissions recommended here...

The parent folder on the old server has basically the same permissions except instead of Authenticated users with those special permissions it has Everyone.
