I have encountered some issues with 2 servers.
Both servers are running Windows 2008 R2 Enterprise.
These servers are both DCs and they've been running DFSR successfully for a while. I noticed recently that files are no longer replicating from Server 1 to Server 2. Files/Folders replicate just fine from Server 2 to Server 1. I have 5 replication groups and none of them are working in one direction.
All health reports show normal. Though a propagation test from Server 1 to Server 2 shows as incomplete. (As it is waiting for the replication to occur). A propagation test from Server 2 to Server 1 completes just fine.
There are no reported backlogs.
SYSVOL replication works just fine between the two. (Both ways)
I've also recently clustered these servers. They are running Print services and DHCP on the cluster. (No DFS services are clustered)
