Accessing administrative shares on windows server

Hi, i have a serious problem:

I have a server out of my domain and i usually browse its folders from my pc that has a network mapped folder with persistent connection.

Now because i'm testing a software, i want that the server can't know me then i deleted the network connection.

Using NET USE i don't view the connection to this server but I CAN ACCESS IT ANYWAY! (obviously restarted the client many times)

then i tried from another client that has never had a network connection mapped to this server and also this client, with my user, can access the folders of this server!but my user doesn't exist, and again, my client is in a different domain than the server.

I think that is because some credentials of the server's administrator user are cached somewhere, in fact when i type\\server\d$\ and i open cmd and type NET SESSION i view one connection from my machine with the user of the administrator of the server.

how can i solve this problems for you?
