problem with replicate sysvol/netlogon

HI,

I have problem w replication on Windows Server 2012,  on all dc's server service NtFrs is stoppped, event ID dfsr 5014, 5008, 4612, ntfrs 13575 when  I added new DC, sysvol and netlogon is not created and shared
