Hi Everyone!

I administer a Production Systems.I have a problem in our Cluster Server Windows Unified Data Storage Server 2003.The server storage is connected to SAN and has a function as a File Server for Production System with Approxiamtely 1000 clients. The Server sometimes encountered CPU peak upto 100%,as a result of this the server hangs-up and production system is down, but after 5 -7 minutes without doing anything, the server CPU goes down and all turns back to normal. The issue occurs 3 times each  day and night. This issue is almost 2 weeks,my findings are:

System Process got the 96% CPU,no Server OS ,HW and Storage error encountered. But during anothe problem occurence,my actiona taken was to unplug the network cable to check if the CPU usage will go down,as I expecting after unplugging the network cable ,the CPU usage goes down and all turns back to normal.

I need some help,on how to trace the actual client that causing this High CPU Load on the Server.I already used,Sniffer tool but cannot get the exact root cause of the problem,I also used Process explorer and Kernel Rate, but theres no unusual CPU Usage on process threads and drivers softwares.

Thank you very much!
