We are having some issues trying to access Windows Server 2003 drives from Windows 7 machines. The Windows 7 machines are part of a 2008 AD domain. The Server 2003 boxes aren't on the domain. When trying to access using UNC path from Run, it will immediately error with:
"The referenced account is currently locked out and may not be logged on to."
After unlocking the account on the Server 2003 machine, another attempt can be made, and the same error occurs. The account on the Server 2003 machine becomes immediately locked.
