Question about FSRM on disk volume

Actual capacity:E: (99GB) / F: (249GB) / G: (499GB)

FSRM capacity: E: (95GB) / F: (245GB) / G: (495GB)

- My question is the disk volume displayed same as FSRM capacity, is it normal ???

- Since there are several shared folders in each volumes. For example E:\, I want control those shared folders not more than 95GB usage but 4GB left available to use for local.

Thus do I need to move several folder to a folder than set FSRM on this folder ??

Or has other way to control it ??
