Remove One shared replication folder from DFS

I have 2 servers that replicate 6 folders. I want to remove just one of the folders that are in DFS and leave the others replicating and sharing the common name. The folders are user folder/files assigned in their profiles. I've since changed all the profiles to point to one of the servers and want to keep that location. The hard drives thrash due to saving emails to PST files saved in the user folders, DFS tries to replicate the one large .PST file.

I tried removing the member but it removed the server from all the folders, which I quickly reset. I have disabled the one server I no longer need, but the users DFS settings show the server "Active" and files are getting out of date.

What is the proper steps to remove just the one shared replication folder, keeping the server I want that is assigned.

Thanks
