I'm using Citrix environment.
I have create two (2) servers:
1. DFS1
2. DFS2
Both Windows Server 2008R2.
Currently we have our UserHomeStore and the DataShares on the DC. We want to move the UserHomeStore & the DataShare to the DFS1 srv and to start the DFS Replication between DFS1 & DFS2.
We make successful DFS-R on each share folder with individual Link folder. Our question is if it's possible to create one Link folder for whole drive?
For example if the drive letter is E: to be \\domain.local\DFS\ELink .
As you can understand it's big headache for us if we have to create to each user home store and fata share different Link. We have up to 200 user home stores in one drive and up to 20 data share folders into another drive.
Currently the paths are:
For user home store:
\\dc\userhomestore\user1
\\dc\userhomestore\user2
.
.
For data shares
\\dc\IT
\\dc\Finance
.
.
