Windows Server 2012 R2 rejected negotiation request from Windows Server 2012

Hi, I have a Server 2012 R2, ServerR2, hosts a shared folder, say \\ServerR2\Shared. One of my Server 2012, ServerA, cannot access that folder, and the SMBServer/Operational log shows:

The server rejected an invalid negotiation request. Connection was terminated.

Guidance:

This event indicates that a client is attempting to negotiate a second connection using a mismatched dialect or capabilities.

Here are some details I thought might be significant:

1. All servers I talked about are VMWare virtual machines.
2. ServerB, another Server 2012, running on a different VSphere host of ServerA, can access \\ServerR2\Shared via SMB 3.0.
3. ServerC, another Server 2012, running on the same VSphere host of ServerA, cannot access \\ServerR2\Shared either.
4. ServerA has no problem to access ServerB and ServerC via SMB 3.0.
5. Other downgrade clients, Win 7/Win2008 R2, running on the same VSphere host of ServerA, can access \\ServerR2\Shared via SMB 2.0.

How to diagnose what happened on ServerA and ServerC, and how to fix that?
