O/S-Error: (OS 665) The requested operation could not be completed due to a file system limitation

Hi,

One Windows 2008 64bit EE server is facing file size limitation problem. The file size has exceeded 24GB and the Oracle DB cannot be accessed with the following message:

O/S-Error: (OS 665) The requested operation could not be completed due to a file system limitation

There is a MS recommended hotfix to resolve this problem.

But when I am applying this fix, it says “The update does not apply to your system”

Can we get some solution on this issue?
