PowerShell Script to Enable Auditing on a Share Folder

I have more than 100 share folders in my company, I have enabled auditing to monitor users when they delete any files in share folders in Continue add users, because it will take time, my question is : is there a powerShell scritp or any other ways to make this job instead do it manually?
