I have a user that is unable to change permissions on a folder that he has full access to. I have verified his share and NTFS permissions. He is trying to give a new user modify permissions to a particular folder, and he absolutely has full rights to that folder, subfolders and files. Its very strange.
The share is actually on a NAS (NetApp).
I have tried completely removing him and adding him back onto the share but no luck.
He is accessing the DFS share with a Windows 7 PC, although I have had him try from other workstations, including XP boxes, but no luck.
I am banging my head on this one...any help would be appreciated.
