DFS error when trying to sync SYSVOL

Hi,

I had a problem with replication, and i deleted from DFS Management the "Domain System Volume" replication group; i have done this using ADSI -> default naming context -> CN=System -> CN = DFST-GlobalSettings  (now it is empty).

I recreated after this the replication group in DFS Management, with the same name "Domain System Volume", added "C:\Windows\SYSVOL\domain" as the folder that i want to be replicated between DC and i get the error:

The DFS Replication service failed to initialize replicated folder C:\Windows\SYSVOL\domain because the service detected that one of its working folders overlaps a Windows system folder. This is an unsupported configuration.

Additional Information:
Overlapped Folder: C:\Windows\SYSVOL\domain
Replicated Folder: C:\Windows\SYSVOL\domain
Replicated Folder Name: domain
Replicated Folder ID: D7FE9902-1667-49FA-9E34-1C0DE96ED195
Replication Group Name: Domain System Volume
Replication Group ID: A7503911-EB6F-498E-BD37-801798F5D026
Member ID: 04A753AF-0F98-4929-AF4F-961D204F62AB
System Folder:C:\Windows

Can you please guide me on how to solve this? i understand that DFS does not work on Windows folder but should work only for SYSVOL folder. What am i doing wrong?

Thanks!
