We have a windows 2008 R2 server. on the F drive, there is a specific folder that is shared out. when we create new folders within this folder, whether it be from a remote pc or on the server itself, we get the error:
the action can't be completed because the folder or a file in it is open in another program
its not the thumbnails issue and I have look at procmon and here is what I found when I tried to rename a folder from New folder (5) to bubba:
any ideas on what is going on?
