Dear all,
we have a FSRM services in place and currently i would like to increase the quota usage of a particular user from 500mb to 10GB, however once i have made the changes on the FSRM . It is not reflecting the NEW changes on the user's computer. Wondering
if anyone can help me out. :)
Things i have done
- disable Antivirus
- Update /force on user's computer and server
- reboot user's computer
- disconnected the network drive and mapped again
- delete user quota and add in again
- Re-create a quota template
