Hi I have a dell Poweredge 1850 service tag 4LWHKB1 and with my server have the software raid1 via the R2 disk management. I had disk two fail on me and so I replaced it with a larger drive because it cost less to buy two of the larger drives than one of the smaller.
My issue is that I can not figure out how to replace disk one with the newer drive. I have tried disconnecting the mirrors but get an error saying that I can't. I tried loading Windows off the second dive to disconnect the raid and get the same error that the drive is the one in use or something.
How do I replace Disk 1 of the raid so that I can utilize the larger hard drive?
