Missing GUID in "Cumulative Replica Sets", "Replica Sets"

Hello experts

I have a problem. We are 4 DC in our environment. Few days ago i found my DCs not replicating SYSVOL share. Then i was googling and found solution:

in here. But my 3 DC's SYSVOL replication working normally, But 1 DC is not replicating and BurFlags not helping for me. I was discovering registry entry GUID in Cumulative Replica Sets and Replica Sets not showing. Other DCs have this entry.

I think problem is this entry is missing and lost. How can i replicate this DCs. Pleas help me. This server is another subnet and far away from my head office.
