Replication Issues - Windows 2003 Server

Hi everyone;

I'm looking for some help with some replication issues.  This is the first time I've experienced replication issues on our DC's and I'm having some trouble figuring it out.  We have 7 DC's (6 of them are branch locations), we have the roles split across 2 of the DC's.  Anyways, theres like 1 DC that will refuse to replicate the SYSVOL volume.  It doesn't receive an updated copy like the rest of the DC's.

I've done alot already, but everything has failed.  I've first tried to restart the service, I've restarted the "file replication service" on all the DC's with no luck.  Then I tried doing a non-authoritative restore by setting the burflags I read about to 2, and restarting the service.  Then I tried an authoritative restore as per that one MS article and this one: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290762     That is where I set burflags to 4 on a good DC with a good SYSVOL and then set burflags to 2 on the other DC's.  That failed as well.  I've also tried theadsiedit.msc  tool, but I really have no idea how to use it.

I'm kinda lost on what to do next.  On the bad DC that wont get a good copy of the SYSVOL, I renamed them to .old  but it still wont get a working sysvol.  AD replication, DNS etc seem to be working fine...just not SYSVOL

Also, here is a screenshot of what I just now found.  Apparently one of my DC's still has an stagnant DFS volume object in its directory?  How do I remove this the PROPER way? Just delete it from the AD GUI?  I'm guessing this is my replication issue!
