Dfsrorot from 2003 to 2008

hi guys

i need your help to migrate a Dfsroot 2003 to 2008r2

in our test lab we have 2 Domain controllers 2003, we've added 2008r2 to the lab and planning to move the FSMo roles to the new Domain controllers 2008r2, however the FMSO test move is succecfully happend . now i need to manage to move my DFSroot to the new domain controllers.

i've looked on the internet i couldn't fine a working command to do this.

Domain is = test.local
share is on a file server = fs\share

i've tried to import the Dfsroot from the first domain controller to c:\temp

Dfsutil root export \\test.local\Share c:\export\export.xml 

it said the Done processing this command, but it's not generating the file.
