Ownership of files created on file server based on Server 2012 is always administrator instead of user that created a file .
Inheritance is disabled on shared folder .
The share will contain user's home folders with quota , but since all files are owned by administrator quota actually doesn't works .
The problem exist only on file server based on Server 2012 , no problem on Server 2008 .
