So i have a client that has a domain controller functioning as a DNS, WINS, and DHCP client for their two site network. They are "too busy" to actually migrate to the domain we set them up from a workgroup configuration despite my assurances of a simple change over with virtually no user interruption.
They do however still want windows computer browsing services across their vpn tunnel between the two sites. Ive been pulling my hair out trying to get this done, but im starting to think its just not possible without migrating to the domain. Any ideas?
The server is windows 2012 r2 standard and all the machines are on windows 7 professional
