Does anyone have more information on what the option InputOutputThrottleLevel and it's level actually mean. Even the API reference on MSDN says essentially the same thing as the Technet documentation of the Dedup CMDlets says.
Do the levels have a specific IOPS or MB/s limit that they correspond too?
