I recently had a problem that when i logged in it got me to a temporary account but when i open it all my softwares from old account are installed but the folders of downloads,pictures,videos and all that are empty so then where are my downloads can i
transfer them from somewhere?AND when i open google chrome it asks tho restore bookmarks and passwords and all that so i click ok it restores from my WIN 7 profile and not my WIN8.1 old account !pls help me!
