I just wander if somebody could help me resolve following issue:
I’ve created Global Security Group, added members and gave full permission on security tab. Then I shared folder with full permissions for everybody.
The problem is, I can access the folder using \\Server_IP_addess\share but not able to access using \\Server_name\share . I thought this is Kerberos authentication problem but when I add user directly to NTFS security tab I’m able to get to files using server name without any problems.
Server is Windows 2008 with Active Directory Services. DCdiag doesn’t show any issues.
Any ideas?
