I'm using Work Folders to sync my data between all my different client (multiple desktops, a laptop and my Surface).
According to the documentation I need 6GB of free disk space on a client using Work Folders, if the local copy is on the system drive.http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn265974.aspx
For desktops and laptops this is not a problem. I usually have a separate data-disk with enough free disk space, but it severly limits the use of Work Folders on Surfaces.
I have a 32 GB Surface, and the Work Folders have to be on the system drive as there is no other, but in this scenario the requirement for 6 GB of free disk space to sync is just nuts, and impossible to work with.
Can somebody tell me why this idiotic requirement exists, and is there a way to change the required free disk space amount? I only need to sync 500MB of documents.
