We have a Windows 2008 R2 terminal server that all the users have a drive mapped to a shared folder offered by a Windows 2003 server. When a user tries to disconnect the network drive, a message is displayed that there are still files open on that drive. But nothing is running. It even happens when the use logs in and without running a single application tries to disconnect the drive. I have seen the same issue from other Windows 2008 R2 servers.
Just noticed that this will only happen on Windows 2008 R2 with SP1 !!! on a server without the service pack we do not have the issue
We also have a Windows 2003 terminal server that the same users use, and over there we have no issue.
There are no offline files or folders on the shared drive.
Any help will do
Thanks
