We have FSRM installed on W2K8 R2. I have set the File Screen Templates to Passive, however users are still unable to save files of any types listed in the templates to the file server. I have tested this by attempting to copy an outlook pst to my home directory on the server where I receive the error "The requested file operation failed because the storage policy blocks that type of file" Any ideas?
