Multiple file servers in a cluster

Hi there,

Can I have multiple file servers in a single cluster (create them under the cluster-->role)  I am looking at a possibility of 3 file servers with each one on a different network.

Onto a different questions.  Can the disk witness be manually switch to a different node?  I noticed when I shutdown 1 of 2 nodes, the disk witness automatically switched to the second node (available node).  I have the disk witness on a volume via an iSCSI connection with both nodes having access to the volume.
