We have 2 Windows Server 2008 R2 servers that we have connected USB drives to and mounted VHDs in Disk
Management. Neither server will format a drive as either NTFS or FAT32. It just gives a message from "Virtual Disk Manager". "The system can not find the file specified". Is there a solution or reason why diskpart
and Disk Management cannot format a drive?
