I just implemented Quotas using File Server Resource Manager in Server 2008R2 for user folders. I auto applied the quota to all subfolders of a folder. I have a user who was over their limit, but has since removed a bunch of data and is now
well under their limit. FSRM still shows that the users peak usage is at 28GB when it's only at 150MB. When I right click the user and try to reset the peak usage, nothing happens. They are unable to save any documents to the their user folder.
