[2k3 r2] Receiving "The Quota Management Filter Driver service, or File Screening Filter Driver service is not running." when attempting to implement some policies

Hello,

I am receiving an error from File Server Resource Manager when I am attempting to implement some quota policies:

"The Quota Management Filter Driver service, or File Screening Filter Driver service is not running."

I have researched the problem and have verified that the filter driver services are running:

C:\>fltmc filters

Quota                                   0       0

Nothing is being logged in the application or system event log.

Does anyone have any ideas as to how to solve this problem as I'd like to move forward with quota monitoring?
