I have dedup on HD mounted as VHDX file (on hyper-v cluster) which is placed on SAN. The file is 100 Gb. I am seeing file curroption on office documents. I have check everything from SAN to hosts to server for disk errors and there are none. I have enabled dedup because the fileshare consists of old/new files. I was happy to because I got 52% dedup rate. But now I am not so happy.
I will drop the dedup until it gets more stable. If you Guys need any more information on please let me know. I am going to copy the hole share to a normal volume.
