Which hotfixe do I need to resolve KB #2761922 (DFS namespace folders are deleted after you restart...)?

The hotfix download link at the top of KB #2761922 points to two hotfixes (Fix411281 and Fix423534). Are both hotfixes needed to resolve the problem, or should I install only the most recent fix (Fix423534)?
