We have a very strange issue on our Windows 2008R2 file servers. Our users have home directories on a few different shares. Most of the folder names are displayed correctly, but a lot aren't, they are displayed with the name 'Searches' and an icon with a
magnifiying glass.
I cannot find anything about this on the internet and also cannot find a pattern in why certain folders are displayed incorrectly. Our users get the home drive connected through DFS, but I see this also when I start Explorer on the file server and open the disks / shares directly.
I'd appreciate any help or tips regarding our issue.
