Allow access to CHILD Folders deny Parent folder access?

We would like users to have access to particular sub/child folders in a directory. However, we do not want them to be able to view the other directories or access them.

For Example, there is a big share with the UNC \\Server1\OfficeDocs

We want to map the following share \\Server1\OfficeDocs\Files 2013\ but we do not want them to be able to access any of the other files in the \\Server1\OfficeDocs\ share.

How can we configure this so that have the right share and security permissions to access the \\Server1\OfficeDocs\Files 2013\ directory, however still have restrictions from viewing anything else under the \\Server1\OfficeDocs\ directory?
