Sftp Configuration

Dear Team,

I need to impliment SFTP on my organization but it shoud meat below requirement, so kindly help me how can i impliment SFTP server on windows server 2008 r2 / Win 2012 server.

 Suggest to host it under DMZ network segment with Firewall/AV/IPS protection
Account and password administration
Logging on account logon/logoff, information transfer
