No file screens exist with the specified settings

Hello,

When attempting to edit the config file for FSRM notifications in Server 2003 I get the "No file screens exist with the specified settings".

I'm using:

filescrn screen modify /path:f:\programs /Modify-Notification:M,c:\t.txt

C:\t.txt just points to a text file with the following in it:

Notification=M
RunLimitInterval=10

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
