Take Large Volumes and Shrink Them But Keep Under One Share

My company is running into a few issues with large (and growing) volumes with high-res AV files and folders. Fully virtual environment.

What we'd like to do is:

1. Instead of having 1 20TB volume, we'd like 4x5TB volumes in case if there is corruption or loss, we only have to restore one of those 5TB volumes, not 20TB

2. I've set up DFS, but we cannot view 4 separate volumes in one view under "Media" since that isn't how DFS works.

Is there a way to have multiple drives that are able to view under one share? I've been unable to find anything that fits the bill exactly. I can set up a DFS namespace and everything is under "media", but that's not exactly what I need since it still has to be on a single volume. Not worried about replication.

Thanks!
