Server 2016 KB4467684; Cannot access network shares

I am running a small domain using Server 2016. I have a few network shares and mapped drives. It's been up and running for a few months now. A few days ago, I installed a pending update KB4467684. After the reboot, I am unable to access any network Share. A handful of Windows 7, windows 10, and Androids devices cannot see any mapped drives or shared printers any more.
I can ping the domain name by name and IP. I can remote desktop into the server with no issues. But when I access the network by the unc path \\servername\Q$, I get "Windows cannot access" with code 0x80070035. Even when I look at the Root of the server \\severname\ it displays the same message. Even with \\192.168.100.42\ as well, same error with both IP and Server Name.

So here is the thing, I remote into the server, via RDP and run \\servername\ and all the shares and printers display like normal from the server itself. So I was thinking it was a firewall issue. I disabled the firewall an nothing seems to help.

I uninstalled the update and that seemed to restore the mapped drives on the server itself, but not on the client machines. I think it's directly related to the Update, (And after the update that killed my windows 10 machine, I'm not so trusting with Microsoft updates anymore), but I'm not really sure how to fix this completely. I thought about doing a system restore from Windows Server backup, but won't that just reinstall the KB that knocked it out to begin with?

I've looked online, but nothing really seem to machine my issue, (usually it's just one machine here or there, not the whole domain.)
Anyway, any help would be great on this issue. It's really holding my back on a few things.
Thank you so much in Advance!
