I have 4 servers replicating a forms directory using the hub and spoke setup. Recently I changed the folder structure up one level on the share being replicated IE:
Old path: c:\data\xxxx\xxx
to the new path:
c:\data\xxxx
Once I restarted the replication it now sees the folder C:\xxxx\xxx as a preexisting file and keeps deleting the file from the replicated share.
I have tried the following to resolve.
1. Installed hot fix KB2450944. Seemed to help some with the servers running 2008 r2 but did not resolve the problem on 2008.
2. Deleted the DFS replication group, deleted the files from all servers except the hub server. Restarted replication on the location c:\data\xxxx and all files\folders were copied except the folder c:\data\xxxx\xxx
3. Tried to copy the folder to the spoke servers file deleted again.
Please help!!!
