Problem: The file and printer sharing setting is automatically turn off after restarting the server, which caused clients experiencing slowness in opening MS Word documents (2 to 5 minutes).
When in normal condition (turn on file and printer sharing), the file was opened in 2-3 seconds.
I have no idea why it was off again after restart. This problem was tested many times and produced the same outcomes. And sometimes, it will turn off also after some time even without restarting.
OS: Windows Server 2012 Foundation
