Software Deployment GPO

I am trying to deploy a new MSI (Adobe Flash 11.7) through GPO. The software resides on the in the D:\Deployment\Application\Adobe Flash 11.7  folder. The NTFS permissions give full access to SYSTEM and Administrators and read and write access to Authenticated users. Share permissions give access to Everyone.

When I apply this policy to a group and run RSOP on my test machine I get an error "The System Cannot Find the File Specified".

System should have full rights to the file in question. I am clueless on what is going on. Help!
