Windows 2012 R2 - SOFS - Intel JBOD = Unhealthy

Hi

I have issues with my Intel JBOD’s JBOD2224S2DP in SOFS solution.

When I run Get-StorageEnclosure is says HealthStatus = Unhealthy

The output looks like this

I can’t see anything with issues here.

If I look in the event viewer I find following error messages

EventID: 403

Log Name: Microsoft-Windows-StorageSpaces-Driver/Operational

Level: Error

A storage enclosure failed to initialize. Return Code: The I/O device reported an I/O error..                 

This enclosure may be located using the following information:

Firmware Version:

EventID: 402

Log Name: Microsoft-Windows-StorageSpaces-Driver/Operational

Level: Warning

The health of storage enclosure {655e3f23-0ed3-8ab6-e379-5345bde089c9} has changed from Healthy to Unhealthy.                 

This enclosure may be located using the following information:                                    

Manufacturer: INTEL                    

Model Number: RES2CV360-R                      

Serial Number:                   

Firmware Version: 0d00                 

                  

It may also be located by running this command in PowerShell:                 

Get-StorageEnclosure | ?{ $_.ObjectId -Match "{655e3f23-0ed3-8ab6-e379-5345bde089c9}" }

I have updated my LSI HBA with latest firmware and drivers, the Intel JBOD have the latest firmware from Intel.

Windows 2012 R2 have all the latest patches from Microsoft.

Where should I start looking for the issue?
