Could it work? DFS-N, DFS-R, Folder redirection, multiple sites

Hi all, I would like to know if this setup will work or not.

We have 6 sites in AD, 5 offices and 1 datacentre. They are all connected via an MPLS 50 and 100 Mbps WAN links in a hub and spoke network between each office and the datacentre.

We are upgrading all of our file servers to Server 2012 R2 in all sites and we want to implement DFS-N and DFS-R to create 2 mapped drives for corporate and public stuff. Now i would like to replicate that around to each office so all offices sees the same content in their 2 drives. I am assuming this will work pretty nicely but would like to ask the question what experiences others have with a setup like this?

Also as an afterthought we thought of using folder redirection for users Desktop, My Documents and Favourites. also using DFS-N and DFS-R as we have users that travel between offices
