The Offline File sync that runs in the background has no good feedback mechanism when it's not running or a particular file isn't synchronized. I'd like to request that it function and display icons like OneDrive does. It also appears that OneDrive determines
whether or not a file needs synchronized based in a hash of the file rather than the date modified. That process also works better.
